Meet Tom Cahill

This week's stuffed burger honors one of our own, or rather someone we consider part of the family, our good pal Tom Cahill. Although Scottish by birth and very proud of that he is also proud of his Irish roots. Tom is never happier when we get some visitors from his native Scotland and he loves to sit and chat with them, otherwise you will catch him sitting at table 40 with Papa John and like two teenagers they are normally on their phones.

The reason we have picked this week to honor Tom is he has a birthday this week and while I don’t want to be rude by divulging the number let’s just say it’s a number that we can only hope we reach and be in the shape that Tom is in. There’s a great expression used in the motherland that he’s the greatest thing since sliced bread, well as Tom was two when it was invented Tom is the greatest thing before sliced bread! 😉

So here’s to Tom! Happy Birthday and best wishes for many many many more!
